We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will be working across DIBS and Nets organisations to realize large customer implementations and manage large customer relationships. Supporting Key Account Managers in preparing offerings in RFP processes and ensuring high quality delivery processes. If you have a passion for customers and a great attention to detail, then you might be our new colleague.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
Manage and develop named customer relationships
Ensure customer satisfaction on named customers
Take part in delivery projects in collaboration with onboarding and support teams
Take part in RFP processes together with KAM
Monthly followup meetings with named customers

Your professional qualifications and background should include:
Minimum 3 years experience in the payment industry
Experience from Service Management in a technical environment
Experience from RFP processes and quotations
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Experience from project management

Ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers
Collaborative way of working
Solution oriented and prepared to “go the extra mile” for our customers

The position is a temporary position until August 2019.
