Easy is now accessible again, and the incident has been resolved.

The Netaxept platform is now operating as per normal again. We are still working on getting the Easy platform available.

A possible root cause has been uncovered, and corrective actions has been initiated.

NETS operational team is continuing troubleshooting and mitigation of the issue.

The issues seems to affect Easy, Netaxept and physical terminals. D2 and DT platforms are not affected.

Which platform am I using?
