iDEAL is a Dutch means of payment where 7 banks cooperate under a mutual online banking payment solution. iDEAL consists of ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, Triodos Bank and SNS Bank.

The system works by sending a customer from your shop to their online bank, prompting them to log on as usual and decide which account the money should be withdrawn from.
