Subscription Package
The subscription package creates the option of managing recurring payments in a simple and safe fashion. The subscription package is relevant when it is appropriate to debit the same card more than once.
Subscription payments are initiated by registering a card at DIBS via a call to our API. Provided that the card is valid, a unique ID is returned and stored in your system for future payments. All sensitive information is stored at DIBS so that you do not have to consider security issues regarding information storage. There are two methods of executing subsequent payments:
- Via a simple call to DIBS API with the stored unique ID, you withdraw the exact required amount at the required juncture.
- It is possible to implement a “rule” for an ID, allowing DIBS to manage subsequent payments. A rule can, for example, consist of payments of 99 SEK per month for a particular ID, which allows you to withdraw 99 SEK per month from the corresponding card until you terminate the connection between the ID and the rule.
Furthermore, there is a range of tools in the DIBS Administration that enable you to keep track of your subscriptions.
DIBS Subscription payment requires a special contract with your acquirer. Ask your bank what is applicable in your case.
