Start-up Seminar
Virtually anyone who has ever used a computer with the Internet before, can use DIBS’ basic functions without much training. However, DIBS has gradually become so rich in functions that users easily miss certain features, that could be very useful. In order to ensure optimal yield from DIBS, we recommend ordering a start-up seminar.
A seminar is also a good idea if you plan to give a larger group of people system administration rights. It takes roughly 2 hours and is held at your location. We have experience with training up to 50 people at a time, so the number of participants is completely up to you. The start-up seminar covers the following topics:
- The payment process.
- Basic use of DIBS.
- User management with DIBS.
- Statistics and extraction.
- Good advice regarding suspicious transactions and fraud.
- Common sense in relation to Internet transactions.
- General questions.
Approximately a month after the seminar we revisit your business and cover any questions that may have arisen in the meantime.
