E-mail support

This is included in all product alternatives and is the form of support which, as our experience confirms, is the best for helping our customers. The DIBS support-team constantly work on answering our customer's queries, where every question is addressed as an item on the agenda and addressed up to the point in which the query is solved.

 

Telephone support 09-17

As an option on the Start Package and included in Premium and Basic. This allows the possibility of ringing-in during office hours in order to obtain answers to queries when you consider that the e-mail support can not be of assistance. Limited opening hours can occur during weekends such as Christmas, Easter, Whit Sunday and Midsummer.

 

Expanded support 06-22

As an option on Premium and Basic packages we can offer an expanded support between the hours of 06.00 and 22.00

As an option on Premium and Basic packages we can offer support services who respond round the clock.
