DIBS fraud protection casts suspicion on payments based on the purchasing behaviour of both your customers and the customers of others. An example might be that a payment attempt is made with a stolen card or that too many denied attempts have been made on one and the same order. These cards, and the IP addresses connected to theses attempts, become suspect and the sales company receives a warning about this and must consequently run through the reason as to why the payment is suspected before it can be debited.
DIBS Defender has a large set of rules and regulations that can be applied to your payments in order to prevent payments with cards issued in certain countries. It is possible to limit payments to IP addresses pertaining to certain countries. It is even possible to compare card issuing countries with IP addresses.
This is only an example of how the system functions. We would be glad to inform you further.
Antifraud is included in Premium, Basis and can be purchased as an addition to the Start package.
Defender can be additionally purchased with Premium and Basis.
