Your customer service/call centre ?:

Dankort:

Dankort is with out a doubt the most used paymentform in Denmark. to be able to recieve Dankort, a merchant agreement with PBS A/S is required. Contact us if you wish us to help you with this at salg@dibs.dk.

International creditcards:

International creditcards are rapidly growing as a paymenttype in the e-commerce industry. DIBS coorporate wth a range of acquirers and we can help you to get the best possible terms on your merchant agreement, adjusted your needs. Contact us if you wish us to help you with this at info@dibs.se.

Scandinavia:

If you wish to approach the scandinavian market, it is important for you to ensure that you have access to the most important payment types on each of the Scandinavian markets. You should take into consideration setting up the relevant netbanking payments for each market, and how to get an inexpensive merchant agreement on international cards. Europe:

Dankort and Visa-Dankort are the obvious payment options, and you can also consider eDankort, International creditcards, netbanking, and the so called loyaltycards.

Banks:

If you already have a merchant agreement with a bank that we support, all you have to do is to state it in your DIBS order. If you do not have an agreement you have to contact the bank you wish to have a netbanking agreement with.

 

Acquirers:

If you already have a merchant agreement with one of the acquirers that we support, all you have to do is state it in your DIBS order. If you do not have an agreement we are more than happy to help you to get an agreement with the acquirers you wish to coorporate with.

Your ERP ?:

DIBS has an open API, and can easily be integrated to your ERP. You can read more about the integration options here. If you wish to leave the technical integration to one of our many partners, you can find the information about our partners here (in Danish).

Your webshop ?

DIBS has an open API, and can easily be integrated to your shop-system. DIBS is today integrated in a range of standard shop-systems. Your booking system ?

Extra Supportrequirements:

Recurring payments:

With DIBS recurring payments, it is possible to carry out recurring cardpayments. DIBS recurring payments is an inexpensive alternative to other types of repeated payments.
