Powerful growth within e-commerce

The strong development for e-commerce is driven primarily by two factors – partly the rising number of companies who are selling via the internet, partly due to a clear behavioural change in the consuming pattern of the consumer, one where the consumer is purchasing through the net to a higher extent.
 

Market leader in the Nordic countries

DIBS has around 6,000 customers at the present time and is thereby a clear market leader in the Nordic countries. The business model builds on a great section of recurring revenues, with a good diffusion of revenues between different customers in trade sections. Our strong growth rate has further contributed to a strengthening the picture of a successful and resilient company which attracts new customers and partners.
 

DIBS will grow even larger

The base for our growth strategy builds on an organic growth that is in pace with our new and existing customer’s rising sales on their home markets but even to the extent that we support them in their expansions towards new markets. Beyond organic growth as such, we also see the possibility of growth through acquisition.
