Supported bank payments


Bank payments is a popular payment method for online payments in Sweden.

As many as 26% of the consumers prefer to pay with this method when they are shopping online.

The five largest Swedish banks offer this payment method. Together, these banks have about six million users of their online banking, whom you reach by offering your customers to pay by bank payments.

Private and corporate customers can pay the following banks:

Your customers can pay safe using online banking through Denmark's largest bank - Danske Bank.


Norwegian banks has a system for bank payments called Bank Axess.

18 banks are connected to the system and provides their customers the opportunity to use this payment method. For this to work, the consumer also have access to the security function Bank ID. It is estimated that about 3.1 million Norwegian consumers has access for this today, and thereby they can also sign the electronic payment between the cardholder and the store.

The Netherlands

iDEAL - direct bank payment in the Netherlands

The Dutch market has a union of ten banks (ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank Regio Bank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers) that have collaborated to create the the payment method iDEAL.

It is the dominant payment method for direct bank transfers and internet banking, and is a must for your portfolio of payment methods, if you are selling online in the Netherlands.


Direct Payment is the most popular payment method for online payments in Finland.

As many as 38% of the consumer has bank payments as their preferred payment option.

Bank payments gives the customers the ability to pay directly through their regular online banking system. The consumer don’t have to disclose any sensitive information, and the payment method is therefore often considered to be safe by the customer. There are many similarities with the process of how the consumers are paying their bills on their online banking.

For you as a shop owner, it is also a safe payment. Bank payments are an irrevocable payment which gives a very high level of security for the store compared to payments by cards for instance.
