The Results of a customer analysis just completed amongst more than 1000 customers, show that 81 % of DIBS Customers are very satisfied or satisfied customers.


Particularly positive are the favourable feedback, on as well customers using DIBS on a daily basis as on our support and other cuntact to DIBS.


The Customer analysis has also given us valuable input on requests on new features which is directly usable in our development of our systems.
