Master of Science in Engineering (Physics) from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. In addition, she has studied business at the Stockholm University. Katarina have had a number of management positions in fast growing software companies in the US and in Sweden. Currently, she works with public as a well as non public international companies and she has extensive experience from governance and M & A. Katarina is chairman of the board of Aptilo Networks AB and Propellerhead Software AB, and member of the board of LBi International AB, Micronic Mydata AB, eBuilder AB, Sjätte AP-fonden and the Royal Swedish Opera.

Eva Ogestadh (1962)

M.Sc. (Econ. & Political Science) from Linköping University. Eva has been with SEB, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), for many years in various positions such as branch manager, financial/credit analyst and investment manager. M.Sc. (Econ) from Stockholm. Sven Mattsson has also studied on Harvard Business School in Boston (Advanced Management Program 1999). In 2006 Sven founded an investment company that focuses on direct sales and consumer goods companies.
